ON ADMISSION

  • Patients are requested to approach the TPA Desk. (Basement, Room No. 68)
  • Provide the required documents (TPA Card & KYC) at TPA Desk.
  • TPA Desk will apply for preauthorization.
  • Patients are requested to pay the Security Amount at Billing counter which is refundable in patients bank account after final approval.
  • Estimated time to receive the preauthorization from Insurance/TPA company will be between 2 to 4 hrs.

ON DISCHARGE

  • Requested documents will be collected from TPA Desk.
  • TPA Desk will apply for final authorisation/enhancement.
  • On approval from Insurance company the same will be intimated to the patients.
  • Patients are requested to approach the TPA Desk and settled the Bill.
  • Patients have to pay the difference in the Hospital bill and final authorization approval amount on discharge.
  • Estimated time to receive the final authorization from Insurance/TPA company will be between 3 to 6 hrs.
