Medical Oncologist

Dr. Lovenish Goyal started his Medical Education in 1991 and completed his medical graduation in 1996 from the University of Calcutta. Did a fellowship in Internal Medicine from Kasturba Medical College and then had teaching experience in the same hospital as an Assistant Professor of Medicine for two years.  Joined the Fellowship Program of DM(Medical Oncology) in India’s Premier institute Tata Memorial Centre in 2003 and completed his tenure in 2007. Joined an upcoming Cancer Treatment center (O.P. Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research) in the rural belt of Northern India in 1997 and headed the Department till 2014. Under Dr. Goyal’s guidance and observation, the Department of Oncology of Aadhar Health Institute has been developed in such a way to provide the latest current evidence-based treatment for malignancies at a reasonable cost; as the penetration of health insurance is very low in rural India. His areas of main interest are head and neck cancers, breast cancer, and esophageal, and lung cancer. He takes an active interest in clinical research and at present is the principal investigator in four clinical trials including novel monoclonal antibodies. He conducts many seminars and symposiums in the adjoining areas of the state to educate the local practicing physicians to diagnose and refer patients early.

Dr. Lovenish Goyal is currently working as Head, of the Department of Oncology, Aadhar Health Institute, Hisar, Haryana, India.
