Admission Policy

At Aadhar Health Institute, we ensure that every patient receives fair, safe, and timely care, every day and every time.

  • No patient will be denied admission because of race, religion, colour, nationality, gender, or payment source.
  • Patients are admitted only under qualified doctors who have admitting privileges.
  • Every patient is screened by a doctor to check urgency and decide the type of bed required (ICU, Ward, HDU).
  • Admissions are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
  • Admissions to special care units follow defined clinical criteria.
  • Any exceptions are approved by the Head of Department or Medical Administrator.
  • In an emergency, patients are given priority based on their clinical need and bed availability.
  • A triage system helps decide who needs urgent care first.
  • Early warning signs and trained staff help identify serious cases quickly.
  • Vulnerable patients are fast-tracked for priority care.
  • Urgent cases are identified with a red dot sticker to ensure quick investigations.
  • For planned surgeries or treatments, admissions are scheduled in advance through the Front Office.
  • All paperwork, doctor instructions, and cost estimates are shared before the planned admission date.
  • If beds are limited, emergency patients and critical cases take priority over planned admissions.
When you or your family member is admitted, our team will explain:
  • Your health condition and treatment plan
  • Planned procedures, risks, and possible complications
  • Expected length of stay, if known
  • Estimated treatment costs (daily updates for ICU cases)
  • Financial counselling for planned packages
  • Required forms such as consent, admission request, and disclosure
  • Your rights and responsibilities as a patient

Patients from around the world trust us for high-quality and affordable healthcare.

How to Get Started

  1. Share your latest medical reports in English (not older than 2–3 weeks)

  3. Book your appointments and travel arrangements
  4. Get dedicated support from arrival to discharge and return home
If beds are full:
  • Extra or sharing beds are arranged when possible
  • Doctors may recommend safe early discharge for stable patients to free up space for urgent cases
  • If needed, our team will help arrange a bed at another trusted hospital, along with ambulance support and a referral slip
  • For critical transfers, a doctor or nurse accompanies the patient if required
We may transfer a patient if:
  • Specialised treatment is not available at our hospital
  • The patient or family prefers treatment elsewhere
  • Before transfer, our team explains the patient’s condition and any risks involved. Consent is taken before moving the patient.
  • An ambulance and medical support are provided if needed.
  • A full medical summary is shared with the receiving hospital.
