Visitors Policy

At Aadhar Health Institute, we are committed to ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our patients, attendants, visitors, and staff. To maintain safety, hygiene, and patient care, please follow our visitor guidelines carefully:

  • For OPD patients, only one attendant is allowed per patient.
  • Please avoid gatherings in patient rooms, waiting areas, corridors, OPDs, or at Billing, Pharmacy, and Laboratory counters.
  • At Billing, Vital Check, OPD, Laboratory, and Pharmacy, please follow the queue system and maintain appropriate distance.
  • For IPD (admitted) patients, only one attendant is allowed to stay with the patient.
  • Each admitted patient (IPD) will be issued one attendant pass (non-transferable) at the time of admission.
  • A daily visitor pass will be issued by the Ward Incharge, valid only between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • The attendant pass is valid until the patient’s discharge.
  • A refundable deposit of ₹50 each is required for the attendant and visitor pass. This will be refunded at discharge upon submission of both passes in good condition.
  • If more than one visitor wishes to meet the patient, they must do so one at a time.
  • After 6:00 PM, visitors are not allowed to stay inside the hospital building.
  • If dinner is brought from home for the patient, the attendant must receive it at the ground floor. Visitors are not allowed to go to patient floors for this purpose.
  • The visitor pass must be submitted to the Ward Incharge or Shift Incharge when leaving the room.
  • The attendant pass must be submitted at the Billing Counter during final billing.
  • In case of loss or damage of a pass, ₹50 will be charged for re-issuance.
  • Without a valid visitor or attendant pass, entry into the hospital building is not permitted.
  • Maintain a minimum distance of 1 metre from others at all times.
  • Please wash your hands with soap and water before and after touching your mouth, eyes, or nose. Handwashing facilities are available in all washrooms.v
  • Children below 12 years are not permitted inside wards at any time.
  • Visitors with cough, fever, sore throat, congestion, or any illness should postpone their visit. They will not be allowed to enter patient wards.

These guidelines are in place to protect patients, attendants, and staff, and to prevent infections. We request you to cooperate fully with hospital staff and strictly follow this policy.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
