Aadhar Health Institute DNB Residents Excel at INSIGHT 2026

Aadhar Health Institute proudly celebrates the remarkable academic achievements of its DNB residents at INSIGHT 2026, where residents from the Departments of Anaesthesiology, Radiation Oncology, and Radio Diagnosis showcased their clinical expertise and research excellence through poster and paper presentations.

The participation of the institute’s postgraduate trainees reflects Aadhar Health Institute’s continued commitment to promoting academic excellence, evidence-based practice, and research-oriented medical education.

Outstanding Presentations by DNB Residents

Department of Anaesthesiology

Dr. Tanya Srivastava, DNB Resident (Anaesthesiology) presented a poster titled:

“Anaesthetic Management of Hybrid TEVAR for Acute Complicated Type B Aortic Dissection with Descending Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm.”

The presentation highlighted the anaesthetic challenges and multidisciplinary perioperative management involved in a complex thoracic endovascular aortic repair procedure.

Dr. Shubham, DNB Resident (Anaesthesiology) presented a poster titled:

“Anaesthetic Management of a Patient with Polytrauma with Concurrent CAD, Severe LV Dysfunction, LV Thrombus, Pulmonary Embolism and DVT Posted for Right Antegrade Femoral Nailing.”

The case demonstrated the successful management of a critically ill patient with multiple life-threatening comorbidities requiring surgical intervention.

Department of Radiation Oncology

Dr. Tapasya Rawat, DNB Resident (Radiation Oncology) delivered a paper presentation on:

“Prolonged Survival in Bilateral Metastatic Breast Carcinoma Following Newer Sequential Multimodal Therapy.”

The presentation showcased encouraging clinical outcomes achieved through contemporary multimodal treatment strategies in advanced breast cancer.

Dr. Vrinda, DNB Resident (Radiation Oncology) presented a poster titled:

“Demographic and Treatment Profile of Oncology Patients Receiving Radiation Treatment at Aadhar Health Institute, a Tertiary Care Cancer Center in Hisar, Haryana.”

The study provided valuable insights into patient demographics, disease characteristics, and treatment patterns among cancer patients receiving radiotherapy services at the institute.

Department of Radio Diagnosis

Dr. Priya Gulati, DNB Resident (Radio Diagnosis) presented a poster titled:

“The Wandering Parathyroid Adenoma: Imaging Localisation with Ultrasound and 4D CT.”

The presentation emphasized the critical role of advanced imaging techniques in accurately localizing ectopic parathyroid adenomas and guiding definitive surgical treatment.

First Prize Achievement

A moment of immense pride for the institute was the achievement of Dr. Priya Gulati, who was awarded First Prize in the Poster Presentation Category for her outstanding work on imaging localization of wandering parathyroid adenoma.

This prestigious recognition reflects her dedication, academic excellence, and commitment to advancing diagnostic radiology.
